Led by retired police chief and practicing attorney, John Moore, our areas of expertise include constitutional policing, eyewitness identification, internal affairs, search and seizure, use of force, leadership principles, strategic planning, community engagement, labor relations and employee resilience.

A practicing lawyer with over 30 years of law enforcement and criminal justice experience, John brings an unprecedented level of expertise, perspective and insight to the most critical law enforcement topics.
Utilizing teaching skills honed from years of instructing police officers, public sector employees, undergraduates, graduate students, and citizens, John easily adapts to the needs of different learners – in large or small group settings.
In July 2023, John took on a consulting position for the Hopkinton Police Department, advising and participating in executive-level administrative matters. It is anticipated he will serve in the role for a period of approximately six months.
